    • Optional: Annual revenue range, number of employees, annual inspection volume, expected benefits of adoption

  • When Using the App

    • Required: Name, phone number (mobile), email address, organization/company name, position, login ID/password
    • Optional: Profile photo, work location information (if necessary)

  • Information Automatically Collected During Service Use

    • Device information (OS, device model, browser/app version, etc.)
    • Access logs, access IP, cookie information
    • Service usage records (schedule registration, photo uploads, report creation, etc.)
    • Location information (when using optional location-based features)

3. Service Providers

The Company outsources certain personal information processing tasks as follows to provide services.
